Precision Grading Inc. is a small, personal company specializing in all forms of grading and excavating for both residential and commercial projects. Since 1980, we have completed projects in Wayne, Oakland, Monroe, Livingston, Washtenaw, Genesee, Ingham, and Shiawasee counties.
We pride ourselves on providing accurate estimates, timely service, and a quality end product. The same person who meets with you to go over the job will be the person on site, performing the actual work. We will inform you of all your options, provide recommendations based upon our experience and knowledge, and then you will decide how we proceed. We don’t try to steer customers based upon what is easiest or cheapest for us, but we will let you know what we believe will give you the best result for your money.
We might not be your cheapest estimate. However, we will give you an accurate estimate based upon actual measurements and calculations, not guesswork. We won’t low-ball you on the estimate and then increase the price once the job is started by adding ‘extras’.
Lastly, we are homeowners too, and know firsthand the frustration of dealing with trades that don’t return phone calls, don’t show up when promised, or start jobs and then delay finishing them.
